It’s official - our new umbrella organization, Musical Arts Indiana, is now in place, helping us to manage our growth and ensure our longevity. What does this mean for our audience? Perhaps very little. In fact, this re-organization merely reflects the evolution of Vesper Chorale over the last ten years. Some new elements you might have observed include:
Broader, more diverse repertoire
Higher level of professionalism
Larger audience
Recordings
Diverse Journeys concert series
New graphics
The Children’s Choir of Michiana
The Octet, now grown to 12 members and called Consortia
Since April of 1993, Musical Arts Indiana (Formerly Vesper Chorale, Inc.) has offered over 140 concerts of inspirational music to the Michiana Community, affirming our commitment to education and choral excellence through performances of the highest quality. We are still a 501(c)3 not-for-profit corporation. We are the same people offering to Michiana the same wonderful music just more of it.
Vesper Chorale, the heart of the organization, gave its first concert in April of 1993.
Our fully professional orchestra draws musicians from Northern Indiana, Michigan, and Illinois.
Consortia offers an exciting entertainment option for clubs, companies, and more!
The Children's Choir of Michiana espouses a fundamental belief that all children can learn to sing.
